 Sandra Donnelly Owner and Chairman An entrepreneur for most of her professional life, Sandy Donnelly co-founded Bizet & Company, Ltd. (now Bizet Human Asset Management), with her late husband, Vincent. A native of Syracuse, New York, she moved with her family to Ireland in the 1960s, where she co-founded Tru-Valu Ltd., a discount health and beauty chain. She served as an officer and as purchasing manager for the 14-store chain, which was eventually sold to Caledonia Pharmaceuticals, a division of Guinness Brewers. Since founding Bizet in the 1970s, Sandy has served in many capacities as officer and board member, and has helped build Bizet's reputation for excellence in client service. Throughout her career, Sandy has been a community activist, board member, and energetic volunteer for civic and arts institutions in the Pittsburgh area, among them the Senator John Heinz History Center, the Pittsburgh Public Theatre, the South Hills Hospice, the Pittsburgh Voyager, and the Pittsburgh Opera.
Dave Borden Dave is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources, organizational development and executive coaching. Demonstrating strong insight into human behavior and its effect on performance, he has proven leadership and relation-building skills, which have contributed to his successful track record of developing people and organizations. Since 2002, Dave has applied his expertise in executive coaching and training assignments as a partner with LMA Consulting Group. Previous to LMA, he served as Vice President Human Resources for worldwide operations within Black & Decker Corporation. There, he led the development and implementation of an effective performance management system, as well as innovative training programs, using AVA to support cross-functional product development teams. A certified AVA Analyst for over 20 years, Dave has extensive experience in applying this methodology to gain insights into how people will predictably behave in team building, employee development, screening, employee selection and coaching applications. back to top Contact Bizet Request
