Understanding and Managing Behavior in the Workplace delivers key AVA background, concepts, and applications in a concise format and may provide individual assessments of all participants. It covers specific topics such as:

• Personal behavioral insights resulting from the application of AVA behavioral tendencies in various environmental situations.
• Objective assessment of job-related behavior
• Successful motivational approaches in managing people
• Team building exercises for predicting employees' interpersonal relationships on the job
