'JAR Statement Interviewing Questionnaire'
This interviewing questionnaire uses the statements selected for the position’s (JAR) behavioral requirements in order to generate the recommended questions to ask.
'JAR Behavior Interviewing Questionnaire'
This interviewing questionnaire consists of specific questions to ask based upon the position’s (JAR) composite environmental behavioral demands.
'On-The-Job Behavior Report'
Uses the JAR's behavioral composite behavioral demands to generate a text report indicating the environmental behavioral demands of the position.
'Dynamic JAR Reports'
Compares an individual's behavioral operating style to the 12 most required environmental behavioral demands of the position. The report graphics indicate the ease with which an individual can perform the activities associated with the position’s behavioral demands, not whether s/he will be good or bad at executing the associated activities.

JAR Statement Count Note - JARs are scored in one of two methods.

The JAR is scored by selecting the 12 statements most relevant to the required performance of the position for both Importance of job specific tasks, and Frequency with which those tasks are performed. From these 2 assessments, a Composite position operating style is computed, which is the JAR for the position.
The JAR is scored using the final consensus study's JAR operating style (pattern shape), usually determined from a previous JAR study for the same position. The number of statements chosen can be 0 to 20 statements and are usually chosen from the statements selected by job raters during the actual JAR consensus study.

If Zero (0) statements were selected using method 2 then the 'JAR Statement Interviewing Questionnaire' cannot be generated, and the Dynamic JAR Report will be limited in its scope.
Click the 'Add Stmnt' link to add statements to a JAR with Zero statements chosen. Use the 'Job Utilities / Job Maintenance' page to modify statements selected in other JARs scored with method 2 as indicated by the 'Stmnt Count' column not equal to 12.
