Search Name or Keyword
NEW
Edit participant's keyword. The keyword may have been entered incorrectly by the participant, when the AVA assessment was completed. This feature provides a means of editing the Keyword by
an authorized WebAVA user, once the AVA is completed.
NEW
Edit / Change participant’s gender entered, after
an AVA assessment is completed. This is useful, if the participant selected the wrong
gender option. The text in AVA reports uses gender to make the pronouns agreeable
with the participant’s sex for readability purposes.
Select up to 12 months of
AVAs by a designated date range. This expands the maximum months available for viewing from 4
to 12.
Publish WebAVA 'People Reports directly from the
'Active Assessment Report' page by clicking on the participant’s name.

through 11/30/2008 - Sorted by:Entry Name
This report lists AVAs completed within a date span.
Select the date span by:
Use the 'Start Month' pull down for the starting month.
Use the 'Month(s) span options to choose the amount of months to review.
Press the 'Refresh Date' button to publish the AVA report for the month(s) specified above.
The report can be
ordered by participant name (last, first, and middle initial), or by
assessment date. Press the 'Sort By ..' button for the sort order
desired.
The list will use paging if the number of AVAs
submitted within the specified date span exceed 400. In this event,
the previous page and
next page buttons will be enabled.
Click on the
participant's name to view / launch the people reports selector; click on
the 'Edit' link to edit their keyword, or to change gender.

Monthly Report Usage lists WebAVA reports published for a specific month. The list can be ordered by partcipant Name, by the date the report was accessed, by report name, or by the WebAVA member who published the report.
The aqua bars
accross the report page(s) are there to indicate a change in the
sorted column, makes the report easier to understand.

'My Report Set' is a set of reports the WebAVA member publishes,
on a regular basis for WebAVA participants within
their scope. The scope is determined by member level (local, regional,
or corporate).

Format: Includes 'Title Page', 'How to Use This Report', and the 'Behavioral
Sections'. Total number of pages is 7 or 8. Full Format: Short Format plus the 'Action Plan'
(2 pages) and the '7 Aid to My Taking Action' page. Total number of pages is 10
or 11.
This feature utilizes 'People Reports' included
in your WebAVA subscription level.
To setup 'My Report Set':
Select the reports you frequently run on each WebAVA participant.
Click the 'Save Member Preferences' button to save your 'My Report Set'.
To publish 'My Report Set:'
Select 'My Report Set' from the 'People Reports' menu.
Click on the WebAVA participant's name to publish the reports selected on this page.

Enter the first letter(s) of the participant's AVA. In the first example below the search crterion was on the letter 'b', the search could have been for 'bro' which would have limited the results to names with 'bro' for their first 3 letters.
The second example is a search by keyword, same rule applies as to length of the search criterion.
Click on a participant's name to publish the AVA Record Summary report and access the people reports on that participant.

The AVA Job Expectations report is a text report indicating what an individual is looking for in their ideal job. The Job Expectation report is used to align an individuals job expectations with the reality of the actual job.
The process of locating a Job Expectation form has been updated.
Select a Job Expectation by entering the last name, or beginning letters, of the participant's last name.
To select ALL Job Expectations in your WebAVA account, enter an * (Asterisk). All Job Expectations will be displayed sorted by last name.

Succession Planning is used to compare an individual's AVA results against active JARs stored in a firm's WebAVA account.
This is very useful career planning tool.
Steps for the Succession Planning process:
Select the subject of the Succession Planning exercise.
Compare the subject's AVA results against the various reports for active JARs.
